Booking and Payment
When you book a tour through our website, you agree to pay the full amount of the tour price at the time of booking or at the start of the activity. Payment can be made by PayPal or cash.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your tour up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, you will not be eligible for a full refund. In the event that we have to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you the option of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.
Assumption of Risk
Our tours may involve physical activity, such as walking, hiking. By booking a tour with us, you acknowledge that you are physically capable of participating in the activities involved in the tour, and that you assume all risks associated with the tour, including injury or damage to personal property.
